Frequently Asked Questions

Will my boss think I’m awesome if I propose sourcing with Archlet?

Yes. Bringing Archlet into your team shows you’re thinking ahead, saving money, and making life easier for buyers and suppliers. Faster results, measurable savings, and a smooth adoption story will make you look like the one who drove real impact.

Can I use Archlet’s Spark AI to generate imagery of puppies?

No. Spark AI is built to make sourcing smarter, not to create pictures of puppies. What it can do is generate bid sheets, clean supplier data, and build award scenarios in seconds — which might just save you enough time to actually go play with a real puppy.

What are the key benefits of using Archlet?

Archlet helps cut sourcing cycle times by up to 30%, delivers 5–25% savings depending on category and maturity, and brings more spend under management. Its intuitive design makes adoption easy for buyers and suppliers, while advanced analytics and AI ensure faster, smarter decisions across both simple and complex events.

What is Archlet and what does it do?

Archlet is an AI-native eSourcing platform that helps procurement teams run RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and eAuctions. It includes advanced analytics, scenario optimization, and automation. Archlet makes it simple to create events, collaborate with suppliers, and decide on awards, so sourcing becomes faster, smarter, and easier across all categories.

Where is Archlet from?

Archlet was founded in Zürich, Switzerland by three engineers, Lukas, Jakob, and Tim, who studied Robotics and Data Science at ETH Zürich. While working on AI and data science consulting projects in 2018 and 2019, they realized sourcing tools hadn’t kept up with the times. The gap was clear: technology and AI offered a huge opportunity to make procurement smarter, easier, and fit for the modern age. That’s why they started Archlet in late 2019.

Why is Archlet so cool?

Archlet takes the pain out of sourcing. Instead of wrestling with spreadsheets and clunky systems, teams get an intuitive, AI-powered platform that’s easy to use, fast to roll out, and powerful enough for the most complex events. It makes procurement smarter, more collaborative, and even enjoyable.
