About Archlet Elevate Amsterdam

Elevate Amsterdam 2026 brought together 75 procurement leaders from 41 companies. The focus of the evening was clear: designing the AI-native procurement organization and understanding how people, technology, and decision-making evolve when AI agents do the work.

The evening opened with Tim Grunow, Co-Founder of Archlet, who welcomed the audience and set the tone for the discussion. Tim highlighted the rapid pace of AI advancement and what it means for procurement teams today. He shared how organizations are moving beyond Excel and legacy systems toward intelligent, agent-supported workflows.

Through examples from Archlet Spark, he demonstrated how AI can remove manual setup work in sourcing events and free up teams to focus on strategic impact rather than administration.

Spotlight on our Amsterdam speakers

Beatriz Conceição, Associate Director Supply Chain EU Procurement at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, kicked off the conversation and shared how digital solutions are embedded into procurement strategy at scale. She emphasized the importance of clean data, structured supplier lifecycle management, and strong governance to ensure AI supports decision-making while people remain in control.

Paul French, Senior Procurement Manager IM&S at Givaudan, delivered a clear message: AI will not replace procurement professionals, but it will transform how they work. He explored the shift toward touchless P2P, predictive analytics, and augmented decision-making, highlighting how procurement roles are evolving from buyers to architects of intelligent systems.

Closing the keynote portion, Brendon Montgomery, Chief Revenue Officer at Vesper, presented a case study on combining market intelligence with internal company data to generate actionable buying recommendations. His example from The Magnum Ice Cream Company showed measurable commercial impact, including outperforming the SMP market and improving overall buying performance.

The keynotes concluded with a dynamic panel discussion and Q&A, where speakers and attendees exchanged perspectives and insights.

Networking at The Crowne Plaza

Following insightful keynotes and panel discussion, participants continued the conversation over flying dinner and drinks at the Crowne Plaza’s Manhattan Bar. The informal setting encouraged open discussion, new connections, and practical exchanges between procurement leaders navigating similar transformation journeys.
