Archlet brought Elevate to Frankfurt, teaming up with SpendHQ to host an evening of engaging conversation, industry insight, and a stunning view over the city skyline. The event continued our "Beyond the AI Hype" series, bringing procurement professionals together to share how AI is really being used in procurement and sourcing and what it takes to unlock its full potential.
Elevate Frankfurt kicked off with Jacob Gorm Larsen, Founder of Moneyball CPH, who set the tone for the evening. Drawing from his deep experience in digital sourcing, Jacob shared why transformation is never just about adopting new software. The real shift happens when people change how they interact with technology. His message was clear: AI is a tool, but success depends on mindset, adoption, and alignment across the business.
Next, Frank Arendt led a panel discussion featuring Adriana Reimer, Angela Qu, and Jacob Gorm Larsen. The panelists brought a range of perspectives, sharing lessons from their own AI adoption journeys and real use cases that highlighted what actually works. A key theme throughout the discussion was the importance of involving the right internal stakeholders early on and extending that collaboration to suppliers. When done right, this not only improves outcomes but also makes the process more engaging for everyone involved.
To close the speaker portion of the evening, SpendHQ and Archlet showcased how our latest AI features are already creating impact. Lukas Wawrla, Co-Founder of Archlet, presented a live demo of Spark, our Agentic AI layer. He walked through how Spark is helping procurement teams with RFP setup, analysis, and negotiation preparation. The goal is to make sourcing more streamlined, data-informed, and efficient.
The evening wrapped up with networking, where attendees connected over drinks and shared their own experiences exploring AI in procurement. It was a chance to continue conversations about the tools, strategies, and cultural shifts that drive real transformation.
Elevate is more than just an event. It’s a conversation shaping the future of procurement. With events happening across Europe and the U.S., each gathering offers fresh insights, new perspectives, and meaningful connections.
